You don’t need to fix your WHOLE business. Which if you think about it - isn’t that what you’ve been trying to do? Or maybe you’ve been focusing on more sales. Then you need to add more people or buy more equipment or you need a bigger space. If you know where to start, you can work on one thing. Is it Sales, Operations or Finance that’s holding you back? It has to be one of those.
